We really miss baseball. The MLB recently announced they will try to start the season in July, and even though it will be very different, we are looking forward to it. Meanwhile, yesterday we found ourselves watching the World Series – the 1975 World Series!
Thursday night the NFL announced their 2020 schedule, made especially exciting since there have not been any other sports events to watch.
Sportswise, 2020 has started out as a bust. We were lucky to have a Super Bowl; since then, everything is either on hold or canceled.
Lately, everyone seems to be saying they can’t wait to get back to normal. Our world has been turned upside-down, inside-out, and we are past ready to see our loved ones.
COVID-19 has taken over almost every aspect of our lives, no matter who you are, no matter where you live. By now, most people have a family member or friend who has been directly affected by the coronavirus.

The longest gap in our NFL season blogging took place during the holiday weeks. Christmas and New Year’s celebrations in addition to a long overdue trip to Arkansas took precedence over recapping our Fantasy Football goings-on.
