Fantasy Football competition is rising to a whole new level in the Kurjan household thanks to a new addition to the Fantasy Football Expo. Bob Lung, King of Consistency, added a new league to the mix this year called the Fan’s Classic.
Fourteen experts each chose a fan to represent them in the Fan’s Classic which drafted live at the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Michael Fabiano chose Don and Bob Harris picked me! We were both thrilled to compete in this league as it was quite an honor to be selected.
Don came up with the idea that we should make shirts representing Michael and Bob to wear at our draft. We had no idea how huge a hit these were going to be! We knew Micheal and Bob would get a kick out of them, but we were shocked at how many people came up to us wanting to know where we got the shirts and even saying they wanted one. (Lindsay Rhodes, do you still want the Team Fabs shirt?)

I have done many drafts online but this was my very first Live Draft and I was both nervous and excited. The draft was everything I thought it would be and more. League mates were supportive and encouraging. Shout out to Cyndi for helping me feel at ease and enjoy the experience.
Week One is always an exciting time in our house. We set up the extra TV, turn on RedZone and have some good food to snack on. As it turns out, we will be facing each other the first week, so once the games begin…It’s On!
