Grilling Perfection – Traeger

Our favorite meals are grilled – burgers, shish-ka-bobs, chicken, hotdogs, and veggies, just to name a few.  We enjoy cooking for friends and family, and like nothing better than serving up fresh-off-the-grill deliciousness.  Our grilled meals are about to get a whole lot better!  We have been introduced to Traeger, and have never been so impressed with the quality of a grill.

Traeger Tailgater
The introduction came at the perfect time.  Our gas grill spent its third summer having way too many flare-ups and there were a couple very frustrating times that we ran out of propane and had to make a mad dash to get a new tank.  We also have a charcoal grill, but I tend to smoke out the neighbors when I use it.  The smoke-out issue and the time it takes for the briquettes to be ready keep charcoal from being a good everyday option.

Bobby, a true Grill Master, taught us about Traeger in the best possible way – a big platter of pork chops, cooked to perfection, the best chops we had ever eaten! And, just when we thought it couldn’t get any better than those pork chops, we were invited over for BBQ ribs.  Oh that Traeger grill and Bobby’s secret rub and sauce!  The perfect formula for ribs that fall off the bone and melt in your mouth.

Where the Magic Begins

Grilling in 10 Degree Weather
The Traeger grill uses all natural hardwood pellets to cook and flavor.  The pellets come in several different flavors, but Bobby swears by Cherry and Apple.  The grill has a thermostat so once you set the temperature, you don’t really have to do too much.  No flare-ups, no empty propane tanks, no neighborhood smoke-outs.  We are ready to make our purchase!

Perfection!
